Chivas on 30A

Chivas on 30A (our premier beachfront property) is located along the beautiful white beaches of the Florida panhandle about 5 minutes west of Rosemary Beach. Our house is divided into 4 private beachfront units overlooking the gulf and 75 feet of 100% private beach available only to our guests. Each unit has a full kitchen, large living area, washer and dryer, two king bedrooms, and two full baths.

Each unit comes with beach chair service where we will have 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you on our private beach each morning. You will have your place reserved all day so sleep in and enjoy your coffee on the deck before venturing down to the sand.

Weekly rentals include use of our paddle boards and kayaks, and brand new beach bicycles (first come first served). Gas grills are also provided in the front of the house. Our extra-large parking area affords our renters with a minimum of two parking spaces each.

All of our Chivas units are pet friendly. Pet cleaning fee is $200.
